Nothing Could Have.

You know that feeling when we spend months preparing ourselves for something, but in the end, when things finally begin to happen, it seems like nothing could have ever prepared us for that moment? Something similar is happening to me right now and I don’t have the right words or the right headspace to process all of it. But I am pretty sure that things are looking up for me and I am scared to be happy about it.

I don’t have a lot to say today, except that if you feel as though your voice is not being loud enough, be louder. Be bolder. Stand your ground and ask for what you want, and show no fear in demanding what you are owed. You deserve everything good that comes to you, and you deserve to be sad about everything that doesn’t make you happy.

Let this be a life that you live on your own terms. Tell yourself that it is okay to be happy and to celebrate all of your wins in life. You’ve worked hard to get to where you are, and you deserve every ounce of happiness that comes your way.

I hope you’re having a great day. Xx

  1. Great post here friend. Yes, you have worked hard and should celebrate your wins. Also remember to thank Jesus. God is always looking out for you, whether you know it or not. Also, whenever you feel overwhelmed and you are preparing for something big, always pray to God about it and put it in God’s hands. As a matter of fact, always pray all the time. God is able to do everything (both big and small) for us.
