‘I’m Never Getting Over This’.

There will be countless moments in our lives that are going to feel like the end of the world as we know it. And, in some ways, they are but not the way we might always assume them to be. It might just be an indication of something.

What might that ‘something’ be, you ask?

Honestly? I have no answers for you. I just know that when things look pretty bleak from where we stand, big changes are going to come our way, whether we’re prepared for them or not.

I have been in similar situations so many times in my life, and it seemed like nothing would ever go right in the world, for some odd reason. But every time I told myself that things would never be okay again, things always turned out to be a lot better than I had expected.

But every time I have told myself that ‘I’m never getting over this’, I always have. It’s never the easiest thing any of us will ever have to do, obviously, but we will eventually find ourselves getting over it, no matter what else comes in the way.

I can’t speak for you because I don’t know what you’re going through right now. But I promise you that it will get better.
