A Little Better.

It surprises me how much work we can get done when we are actually focused. And it’s even more surprising to me how we keep getting faster and better at it, the more we keep doing it.

It used to take me around 5 to 10 days to work on every single sketch of mine. These days, it only takes me a couple of hours. Things used to be so much more difficult when I first began sketching digitally. I only use a mouse to sketch on my PC and it used to take so much effort. I know there are people who do the same thing as me, and they do it a lot better than I do, but I’ve been learning and growing at a steady pace.

Just knowing that I am, in fact, going somewhere with what I want to do in life is very, very satisfying to me. We get a little better at everything we do, with every passing day, as long as we are willing to fight for it and remember what we really want. This is a reminder that you’re on your way to better things.

I lost all track of time today and I am incredibly sorry for not being able to write something better for the day! I hope you’ve all had a good one.
