You’ve Always Had It.

You know that feeling when we have really great ideas in our heads, but we don’t think we can bring them to life?

Well, guess what? You can. Because you already have it in you. And if you don’t know where to begin, just allow yourselves a little bit of time and space to build the idea from scratch because that will tell you just about every single thing you need to know about making something happen out of all the brilliant ideas that you already have in your head. You only just need to start.

I know that it might seem like really bad advice, but you wouldn’t know if you can really make something happen unless you give it a shot. The worst thing that could happen is that it might take you a lot longer than you expected, or a lot more tries that you would’ve imagined, which doesn’t sound like a bad thing, all things considered. But I know this for sure, you’re not going to lose out on anything by simply trying.

After all, why wouldn’t you give it a shot if you really want to see your dreams come true, so badly? Isn’t that the whole point of starting somewhere at all?

Just for once, don’t immediately give up on something as soon as you realize that you’re not good at it, right off the bat. Maybe you’ll get there with a little more practice. I know this, because I did. I have picked up skills by teaching myself over time, and that was just out of sheer curiosity born out of tragic boredom. Now, I think that certain skills that I have picked up because I was bored are just a huge part of my life and I cannot be more proud of myself for giving me the chance to do something about the ideas in my head.

And maybe you don’t think you’ve got what it takes, but if you do have big ideas forming, you have already taken one step towards making things happen. As long as you are willing to learn and grow from it, I don’t see why you shouldn’t be able to bring your ideas to life.

It all begins with that first step. Whether you take it or not remains up to you. Xx
