Hey, everyone! It’s the end of yet another month and I cannot believe how fast time flew by this month. Writing about friendship was extremely special and I will probably take up the topic once again if I can. But for now, it’s time to wrap this up and move on to another topic that is extremely close to my heart.
For September, I have decided to focus on the topics of self-care and self-love combined because I believe that a lot of us often forget the kindness that we should ideally show ourselves. But the world we live in constantly tells us that we’re not good enough, and in the process of achieving this standard of perfection, we often end up losing the most important parts of ourselves.
I promise to be a lot more open about my struggles with coming to terms with being myself and I hope that September 2019 is finally the beginning of your journey towards loving and looking after yourself a little more than you already do.
Of course, I cannot promise you that this will work overnight but we do have 30 days to practice self-care and self-love. But if this helps you even in the slightest, it would mean the world to me. I’ll be sharing tips, extracts from my diary, life hacks, affirmations— in short, everything that you will need to practice self-love and self-care.
